To perform a traceroute in Windows XP/Vista:
Start -> Run
Enter "cmd" (no quotes) and click on the OK button.
In the DOS window that appears, type:
tracert www.yourdomain.com (and press Enter. Please substitute your actual domain name for "yourdomain")
To copy and paste the output of your traceroute command:
Right click on the DOS window title bar, select "Edit", then select "Select All"
Next click on the DOS window title bar again, select "Edit", then select "Copy"
Now go into your email program or notepad or any other program you would like and paste the selection into the program.
